ROAD TRIP
December 11th, 2006After arriving at Club de Yates in Acapulco for some R&R and repairs took a ride to Mexico City.Visited US Embassy for some travel documents and yes there is effiency and professionalism in the midst of chaos.Visited Cuernavaca a fab. mountain town where Henry spent a semester and learned Spanish…Crossed passes in the Sierra Madres to 9300 ft. with Volcano’s or remnants in view.Said goodbye to Dr.Tony and Jeff B. and are at sea headed for Zipolite our last stop before the final 300 mile run to the fabled billfishing grounds of Guatamala…
Hi Harry & Inta,
It was so wonderful to hear your voices today…hope all is well!! Love, Tami
Mexico is pretty fun. Just watch out for the guys in black with submachine guns…they are called Federales or sir.
Have fun in Zipolite right outside of puerto angel. There is a place on the hill to the right when you look at the ocean. If you go on the other side, there are awesome cliffs.
Love you!
Henry (and Niki and Ziggy and Zoey)
